When You Cannot Afford to Shut Down

Closing a restaurant, a store, or a production line for three or four days while a coating cures is revenue you never get back, and for a walk-in cooler or freezer, shutting down and warming up is not even an option. Most flooring systems leave you waiting. This one does not.
A Seamless Floor That Is Back in Service Overnight
Acrylic and MMA (methyl methacrylate) systems are built for speed. They cure in about an hour and let you reopen overnight, and because they cure even in below-freezing temperatures, we can install them in coolers and freezers without taking them offline.
MMA forms a penetrating bond that locks into the concrete, so the floor takes heavy traffic, impact, and constant cleaning without delaminating. Each coat chemically bonds to the last, creating one seamless, sanitary surface with no seams or grout lines for water, chemicals, or bacteria to hide in. The cured floor resists chemicals, shrugs off rapid temperature swings, and stays UV stable so it will not yellow.
MMA is built for speed and cold. When a floor faces aggressive chemicals or heavy industrial abuse, our epoxy and resinous systems are the better fit. For hot, wet commercial kitchens that take steam and thermal shock day after day, look at cementitious urethane.
